Super Easy Orange Chicken
This Orange Chicken is a TIME-SAVER. All you have to do is just make some rice, start cooking your chicken nuggets according to the directions on the bag, then make this delicious ginger-orange chicken sauce I am about to show you. These chicken nuggets I use have been all over TikTok for their comparison to Chick-fil-A nuggets. This is just one of the few ways I like to use them!

- ¼ bag JustBare Chicken Nuggets from Costco (or any other similar-style chicken nugget)
- ¼ cup orange marmalade
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ⅓ cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- ½ tbs ginger paste
- ⅛ cup water
- 1 tbs cornstarch
Start by following the cooking directions on your bag of chicken nuggets.
Once the nuggets are in the oven, start making the sauce with a pot on medium heat. Add in your soy sauce and rice wine vinegar first. Then, stir in the honey until it dissolves.
Once the honey is dissolved, add in the orange marmalade, brown sugar, and ginger paste. Stir until well combined and bring mixture to a bubbling boil. Stir occasionally for about 2 minutes.
Next, in a bowl add in 1 tbs cornstarch to 1/8 cup water and mix. Add to sauce mixture until well combined. Keep stirring sauce over medium heat until a thick glaze starts to form. Once it forms, remove from heat.
Toss the chicken nuggets into your sauce and serve over rice or with my chow mein recipe! I would also recommend serving it with my crab rangoons. AMAZING dinner.
