It’s the holiday season and that calls for some green bean casserole! Whether it is a cold winter day at home or a get-together with family, this is a great dish since it is rich and full of flavor.
Green Bean Casserole
This is the perfect side dish to make for any cold day since it goes so well with a variety of foods. It is full of delicious green beans, fried onions and mushroom soup.

Ingredients
- 38 oz can green beans strained
- 6 oz fried onions
- 30 oz cream of mushroom soup (approximate measurement)
- ¼ c milk
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 3 tbs ground black pepper
- 1.5 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Set aside 1/2 a cup of fried onions. This will go on the very top of the dish later.
- In a large bowl, mix together green beans, mushroom soup and the rest of the fried onions.
- Add in the remainder ingredients and transfer to a 9x11 dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes covered with foil. Sprinkle remaining fried onions on top and bake for another 5 minutes uncovered.
- Serve as a side or eat it up by itself! Enjoy.
