This bread is so simple to make but is absolutely a staple to get-togethers when you try it for the first time. It is especially great with salad and bbq!

Cheesy Sour Cream Bread
Grab yourself some sourdough, sour cream, cheese and green onions! Throw on a few spices and you have yourself an easy side that everyone will love.

Ingredients
- 1 lb loaf sourdough
- 16 oz shredded cheese (colby jack or sharp cheddar is best)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ bunch green onions sliced optional
- salt & pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste (about 1 tsp total)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Cut your sourdough in half length-wise.
- Spread on the sour cream to both sides of bread equally. Add more or less for your liking.
- Sprinkle on salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Evenly sprinkle the cheese all over. You can also add more or less here for your liking.
- Optionally, top the bread with the chopped up green onions.
- Bake this bread for 12-15 minutes or until desired crispiness.
- Let cool for at least 5 minutes before cutting into inch and a half slices.
- Enjoy!
