Basil Feta Chips

Did somebody say…wine night??? Yes please! Bring these chips and you will be the talk of the night. They are a simple creation that my uncle introduced me to and are the best chips you will EVER try.

Basil Feta Chips

basil + feta + balsamic glaze + chips = ADDICTION! These chips are perfect with wine and are bursting with so many different flavors. If you would like, you can also sub out the feta for blue cheese crumbles!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag kettle chips
  • 6 oz feta crumbled
  • 1-2 cups basil rinsed and torn slightly
  • balsamic glaze drizzle (Trader Joe's has the best!)

Instructions

  • Start off by plating the chips spread out on the plate. It is more than okay to have some chips stacked atop each other since toppings will fall off the top chips. It is like nachos!
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta so that every chip gets some! If there is extra, that is okay. You can use it later to refill the plate!
  • Rinse and tear up your basil. Sprinkle it directly on the chips.
  • Drizzle the balsamic back and forth all over the chips, as shown in the picture. Enjoy and make sure you have some napkins handy! 🙂

These are the best chips! So much flavor and absolutely great with wine! You need to control yourself or you could end up eating the whole plate 😆
